COVID-19 REPORT - PARAGUAY

To date, August 4, 2020, there have been 132.111 number of COVID-19 tests,
throughout Paraguay. A total number of 5.852 tests were positive for COVID-19 and
there were 59 number of COVID-19 related deaths, 4.645 recovered cases, and 1.148
active cases.

The Paraguayan government has taken several measures to maintain a controlled
infection rate. Among the most important is the total closure of the borders, since
mid-March. Exceptional arrivals must be previously authorized by the Paraguayan
Consulate in the country of origin. In these cases, compulsory quarantine was imposed
in hostels or in the so-called Hotel Salud, for an average of 15 days.

Another, no less important, measure in force is the progressive reactivation of the
local economy. To this end, a plan consisting of 4 (four) phases was drawn up.
Currently the country is in phase 4 (four), except for the district of Central and
Asunción, which remains in phase 3 (three) and Alto Parana in phase 0 (zero) due to
increased transmissions.

Phase 3 and 0 in these cities, by government regulations, was extended for two weeks.
These dates remain subject to possible changes, depending on the Ministry of Health's
assessment of the previous week.
